I am a hospitality professional and leadership consultant based in Knoxville, Tennessee. For the past 10 years I have explored the hospitality industry in various capacities. I had the pleasure of opening hotels with two award winning brands, and helping lead them to the #1 rank in service for each of their brands. I also had the incredible opportunity of working with a highly esteemed national firm, consulting various brands of hotels in quality and service improvement. I love to learn, and I love sharing with others what I have learned. I hope to use what I have learned to help you grow and develop professionally and personally.
